After weeks of design challenges, detours, and late-night edits, the three shortlisted Shattered Dawn extractor prototypes are ready — and voting is now open.
Each extractor isn’t just a visual: it represents a different approach to purging toxins from the body. This vote will determine this tech interferes with the story. Your choice becomes canon.

The Extractors
Below, you’ll find 3 animated teaser videos. Each introduces a different prototype:
“ResHalo” – Field-Phase Resonance
Function:
Utilizes harmonic resonance to destabilize the molecular bonds between the alien toxin and organic tissue. A focused halo of magnetic plasma hovers above the body, gently pulsing to draw particles upward.
Visual Signature:
A thin, luminous ring floats over the patient’s chest or spine. Glowing toxin particles vibrate loose from the skin and rise like golden mist into the hovering aperture.
“GravSpiral” – Gravimetric Vortex
Function:
Deploys a rotating micro-vortex field that pulls toxins from deep tissue by creating disruptive spatial tension.
Visual Signature:
A glowing yellow vortex appears between the device and the target area, forming a swirling tunnel of light. Toxins rip out of the skin in a corkscrew pattern, leaving temporary burns or bruising.
“NeuroLattice” – Conductive Biofield
Function:
Forms a reactive electrical lattice along nerve pathways to force toxins toward the skin surface, then lifts them using a levitation sheath tuned to the toxin’s charge.
Visual Signature:
An intricate net of faint, crackling blue lines crawls across the skin, pulsing with each heartbeat. Glowing particles “sweat” through pores and rise upward into a collector shaped like a floating prism.
Each design is dangerous. Each outcome is permanent. Remember, you vote on the flaws and features of each device and not so much on a final design just yet. So.. you want to like the workings of your favourite device!
